Exhibition: Music in Cheshire

Explore the sounds, stories and instruments that have been played in the county from medieval times to today. Including some musical firsts and colourful traditions.

The exhibition is accompanied by a lively programme of events including performances and the chance to “meet the instruments” and try them for yourself.

Entrance to the exhibition is free. There is a small charge when visiting the other galleries at the Weaver Hall Museum and Workhouse.

NOTE: The Museum is only open on Mondays during school holidays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
